About this job
This is a cross-functional role requiring strong technical, commercial, and delivery capabilities, with exposure to executive stakeholders and certification bodies, auditors, investors and lenders, and the regional Stakeholder & Community leads. What You'll Do You'll build Radiant's ESG function from scratch; carbon methodology, certifications, and investor/lender reporting. You'll be doing the analysis and writing the disclosures yourself in the early stages, not just setting policy for others to execute. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Methodology Build Radiant's carbon accounting methodology and sustainability commitments (net-zero, PPAs, water usage) from a blank page. Personally run the certification process (e.g. BREEAM, LEED) on live projects rather than delegating it.…
