This is a cross-functional role requiring strong technical, commercial, and delivery capabilities, with exposure to executive stakeholders and EPCs, design consultants, OEMs, and every regional Project Director relying on one consistent design standard. What You'll Do You'll set and personally hold the line on Radiant's data center design standard for electrical, mechanical, civil and architectural design across every live project. In the early stages, you'll be doing a meaningful share of the engineering yourself, not just reviewing it.
