London (hybrid, 3 days in office) Pricing at Marshmallow The Pricing team shapes how we understand risk and make pricing decisions that support sustainable growth. It plays a critical role in Marshmallow’s ambition by protecting loss ratio performance and turning complex data into clear commercial action. We work closely with claims, finance, product and other teams, to build a holistic view of risk and keep our pricing approach effective as we scale. The team acts as a key bridge between technical analytics and business strategy, helping Marshmallow stay ahead of market conditions and make confident decisions, even where data is sparse or uncertain. The team works across modelling, business strategy and stakeholder communication.…
