About this job

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to improve how we use data across marketing, sales, customer success, product, and billing. Your main responsibility is to understand how our revenue processes perform and why results change. You will define metrics, combine data from different systems, investigate patterns, and test assumptions. Your analyses should lead to measurable improvements. This may involve a better decision, a change to an existing process, or an automation that removes manual work and improves reliability. Reporting and dashboards are part of the role, but they are not the objective. Each analysis should answer a relevant business question and provide a clear basis for the next decision.
