Your Role We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Customer Success Team in Cologne. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working with customers, contribute to customer projects, and support experienced Customer Success Managers with standard trainings and webinars. How You Make an Impact You support our Customer Success Managers in customer projects and help customers in a structured and solution-oriented way. You take ownership of your own tasks in customer interactions – from preparing and documenting information to preparing customer-specific content and following up on next steps. You support online trainings and webinars for new users and learn, together with experienced colleagues, how to communicate content clearly and in a customer-oriented way.…
