Du prüfst ausgewählte Support-Fälle anhand klar definierter Qualitätskriterien, unterstützt bei der Pflege unserer Wissensdatenbank und hilfst dabei, wiederkehrende Fragen und Muster zu erkennen. Die Rolle eignet sich besonders für dich, wenn du strukturiert und zuverlässig arbeitest, ein Auge fürs Detail hast und Freude daran findest, innerhalb klarer Prozesse sorgfältige Arbeit zu leisten.
