Wir helfen Unternehmen dabei, ihre IT-Welt auf Vordermann zu bringen, und suchen jetzt jemanden, der bei uns die Fäden in der Hand hält: am Telefon, im Ticketsystem und in der Einsatzplanung unserer Techniker. Aufgaben Du bist am Telefon oft die erste Stimme, die unsere Kunden hören: Du nimmst Störungsmeldungen und Anfragen auf, klärst kurz das Problem ab und sorgst dafür, dass es bei der richtigen Technikerin oder dem richtigen Techniker landet. Du telefonierst viel – mit Kunden, mit Technikern im Einsatz, um Termine abzustimmen, umzuplanen oder kurzfristig zu reagieren, wenn sich etwas ändert. Du disponierst die Einsätze unserer Techniker, sodass jeder zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort ist.…
