Wie du etwas bewirkst Du unterstützt unsere Customer Success Manager:innen bei Kundenprojekten und begleitest Kunden strukturiert und lösungsorientiert. Du übernimmst eigene Aufgabenpakete im Kundenkontakt einschließlich: Informationen aufbereiten Ergebnisse dokumentieren nächste Schritte nachhalten kundenspezifische Inhalte vorbereiten Du unterstützt bei Online-Trainings und Webinaren für neue User unserer Plattform.…
