We are looking for a passionate Customer Care Working Student to support our amazing customers and community. Your Tasks Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries across email, chat, and social channels in a timely, friendly, and on-brand tone, making sure every customer feels heard, valued, and well taken care of. Order & Ticket Management: Handle order-related requests (returns, exchanges, shipping issues, and general questions) via our helpdesk system, keeping response times fast and the ticket backlog low. Escalation & Reporting: Spot recurring issues or complaints and proactively escalate them. Data Protection & Compliance: Handle all customer data and communication in line with GDPR and EU data protection standards.…
