Jobbeschreibung Als Customer Success Specialist (m/w/d) übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für eine reibungslose Schnittstellenkommunikation zwischen den Teams B2C, B2B Mid market, vor allem Mentoring & Administration und unseren Kund:innen. Das Ziel ist es, optimale Bedingungen für das Vertriebsteam zu schaffen, damit es effizient und erfolgreich arbeiten kann - und dabei sicherzustellen, dass unsere Kund:innen in den Trainings eine herausragende Customer Journey erleben. Es erfolgt eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of B2C Sales, dem eigenen Team sowie weiteren Teams, insbesondere B2B Mid Market und Mentoring & Administration.
