Support the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service team by handling written customer inquiries and support tickets. Process customer inquiries, complaints, and claims via email in a structured and efficient manner. Assist with handling escalated cases and provide support for complex inquiries raised by our customer service agents. Conduct independent research within our internal systems to identify solutions and resolve complex customer issues. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and workflows based on insights gained from customer cases. Support our Quality Team in ensuring service quality and continuously improving our support processes.
