In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • As a competent contact person, you will support our customers (laboratories, hospitals, medical practices) in diagnosing and troubleshooting system malfunctions. • You will preferably work on the phone and via remote diagnostic tools to find solutions to technical and application-related issues in dialogue with our customers. • If an on-site visit is necessary, you will prepare for this visit in consultation with our technician.
