Doctolib verfolgt die Mission, das Gesundheitswesen zu digitalisieren. In dieser Position wirst Du Teil unseres Customer Onboarding Teams in Deutschland und sorgst dafür, dass neue Gesundheitsfachkräfte den bestmöglichen Start mit Doctolib erleben. DEINE AUFGABEN - Stelle die Qualität beim Übergang neuer Kund:innen von Sales in die Bestandsbetreuung sicher und sorge so für ein reibungsloses Onboarding-Erlebnis - Richte Marketingelemente (Website, Google My Business) für neue Praxen ein und unterstütze damit einen schnellen Return on Investment für unsere Kund:innen - Verifiziere und pflege Arztprofile im Rahmen des KYC…
