Aufgaben Als technischer Experte berätst du Kunden sowie KollegInnen, analysierst Anforderungen, konzipierst Data & AI Systeme und Lösungen auf Basis des SAP Portfolios. Dein Schwerpunkt ist dabei technischer Natur, d. h. du verantwortest alle Aufgaben, um zukunftsorientierte on-Premise sowie Cloud Systemumgebungen zu betreiben, auf dem aktuellen Stand zu halten und deren störungsfreien Betrieb sicherzustellen. ITIL ist für dich kein Fremdwort, sondern dein täglicher Begleiter. Du übernimmst Verantwortung als Berater für Migrations-, Upgrade- und Einführungsprojekte und unterstützen bei Monitoring- und Support-Aufgaben. Außerdem stehst du sowohl unseren internen als auch externen Ansprechpartnern als ExpertIn zur Verfügung.…
