Du bist Steuerberater mit ein bis drei Jahren Erfahrung nach dem Examen — Big4 (KPMG, EY, PwC, Deloitte), Next 6 oder fokussierte Mittelstandskanzlei. Du wechselst, weil dir die Pyramide bei Big4 den direkten Mandantenkontakt erstickt oder weil der Mittelstands-Routinebetrieb keine fachliche Vertiefung erlaubt. Vor allem aber, weil du Steuerberatung wirklich kannst und das auch dein Karriereanker werden soll — du willst Expert sein, nicht Manager. Du übernimmst ab Tag eins einen anspruchsvollen Mandantenkreis und entwickelst ihn fachlich weiter.…
