About the Role We're hiring a (Senior) Account Executive focused on new business across Europe. This is not a traditional AE role. You'll operate at the intersection of sales, product, and customer outcomes, driving complex enterprise deals while helping define how Beam's GTM motion evolves. You'll engage senior stakeholders, shape high-impact use cases, and work closely with internal teams to turn opportunities into real deployments. We're looking for someone who can close, build, and lead: Close — Own and win complex enterprise deals. Build — Create pipeline, refine messaging, and improve how we sell.
