Your Role: The Senior Controller FP&A acts as a trusted Finance Sparring Partner to the Electronics Leadership Team, serving as the functional CFO for SG&A and selected initiatives that accelerate AI adoption into Day-to-Day FP&A processes. This role blends performance management with AI-driven finance transformation to enable fact-based decision-making and optimize resource allocation. You will drive productivity initiatives and promote transparency in financial and operational performance to support data-driven decisions. You’ll develop and leverage financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to inform strategic choices.
