Ihre Aufgaben Aufbau & Architektur: Du konzipierst und implementierst das künftige Controlling-Toolkit (KPI-Systeme, Reporting-Strukturen, Standardprozesse) für die SANTOS Gruppe und entwickelst bestehende Bausteine (z.B. Kosten-/Leistungs-/Budgetcontrolling) weiter. BI-Pionierarbeit: Du treibst die Einführung moderner Analyse-Werkzeuge voran (voraussichtlich PowerBI). Du machst Daten nutzbar und schaffst eine lebende „Single Source of Truth“ für die Geschäftsführung. Team-Entwicklung & Mentoring: Du übernimmst die Führung für einen Controller. Du begleitest dessen Weiterentwicklung, gibst dein Wissen weiter und formst ein schlagkräftiges Team. Strategisches Business Partnering: Du berichtest direkt an die Head of Finance sowie den CFO.…
