About the Role: We are looking for a commercial, proactive Management Accountant to join our Operational Finance team. In this role, you will take ownership of our month-end close process, deliver accurate financial reporting, and partner with FP&A and operational teams as Motorway continues to scale. You will also play a key role in maintaining our tax and audit compliance, while actively looking for ways to improve and automate our finance processes. This is an ideal role for a recently qualified (or nearly-qualified) accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) looking for their first move out of practice into a fast-paced scale-up, or an experienced Management Accountant seeking a varied, high-impact role in tech.…
