Your Responsibilities Key Activities & Responsibilities: Financial Accounting • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close. • Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet accounts. • Ensure compliance with German GAAP and IFRS (where applicable). • Assist with statutory financial statements and external audits. • Support accounting process improvements and internal controls. • Collaborate closely with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and General Ledger teams and Business partners of each University. Controlling & Financial Analysis • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process. • Prepare monthly management reports and financial analyses. • Perform actual vs. budget and forecast variance analyses.…
