Deine Rolle Du baust gemeinsam mit dem Head of Finance eine professionelle, skalierbare und auditfähige Accounting-Funktion auf. Dabei übernimmst Du nicht nur klassische Buchhaltungsaufgaben, sondern bringst insbesondere fachliche Expertise in den Bereichen Bilanzierung, Steuern, Jahresabschluss und Prozessgestaltung ein. In den kommenden Jahren wirst Du maßgeblich dazu beitragen, Wissen zu strukturieren, Prozesse zu standardisieren, Automatisierung voranzutreiben und Du wirst perspektivisch die Leitung des Accounting-Teams übernehmen.
