About the Role This is a high-ownership enterprise account management role at a fast-growing, seed-stage AI platform company headquartered in Berlin. The platform helps thousands of organizations securely adopt and scale generative AI — from day-to-day chat and workflows through to fully custom AI agents — and is trusted across a wide range of enterprise customers. You will own a portfolio of enterprise accounts end-to-end, driving adoption, retention, and expansion while using AI tooling to automate and scale your own work. You'll collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering and Product, influence the product roadmap, and operate as the strategic partner your customers rely on for their AI transformation journey.
