Aufgabengebiet Wir suchen Dich als Assistenz der Geschäftsführung mit Schwerpunkt Finance & Controlling (m/w/d). In dieser vielseitigen Rolle unterstützt Du unsere Geschäftsführung im operativen Tagesgeschäft und übernimmst gleichzeitig verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben in der Finanzbuchhaltung, im Debitorenmanagement sowie im vorbereitenden Controlling. Dabei arbeitest Du mit mehreren Gesellschaften innerhalb unserer Unternehmensgruppe und trägst aktiv dazu bei, dass Prozesse effizient, strukturiert und transparent ablaufen. Da Du eng mit unserer Geschäftsführung und den internen Teams zusammenarbeitest, ist uns eine regelmäßige Präsenz an drei Tagen in der Woche an unserem Standort in Düsseldorf besonders wichtig.
