Job Description: Ihre Aufgaben: · Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben zählt die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie die personelle Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von 6 hochqualifizierten Kolleg*innen. · Sie verantworten die Entwicklung, Sicherstellung und Optimierung aller Prozesse im Finanzbereich mit den Schwerpunkten Buchhaltung, Finanz- und Rechnungswesen, (Projekt-) Controlling sowie Budget- und Planungsprozesse. · Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört darüber hinaus die Liquiditätsplanung & -steuerung · Sie überwachen und beurteilen Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und IFRS sowie regelmäßig wiederkehrende Statistiken und monatliche Berichte.…
