Le/la serveur(euse) PDJ contribue de façon globale à la satisfaction de la clientèle de par la qualité de son travail. Il/elle est responsable de la qualité de service du PDJ et en assure l’organisation, la mise en place et la coordination. Il/elle assure un accueil/service de qualité auprès des clients. Il/elle accompagne le client lors de la présentation des différents éléments du buffet. Il/elle assure le suivi de la facturation en remontant les informations à l'équipe réception.
