Après une période d’intégration pendant laquelle vous vous familiariserez avec le rayon Boucherie, nos process et l’équipe, vous assisterez votre responsable de rayon, véritable ambassadeur de nos engagements et de notre image de Producteurs & Commerçants auprès de nos clients. Vous découperez, préparerez et vendrez les produits dans le respect de la tradition du métier et des normes d’hygiène, vous participerez aux plannings de fabrication et de vente, participerez au choix et à la commande des produits, conseillerez les clients avec plaisir et assurerez la mise en valeur des produits et du rayon.
