We're looking for a Player Experience Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship. As a Player Experience Intern, you'll be the voice of our players and one of the first people they interact with when they need help. You'll work closely with our Player Experience team to resolve player issues, investigate account concerns, and ensure every player has a positive experience. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting a passionate global community of football and sports fans, develop strong customer operations skills, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver an exceptional player experience.…
