Job Description: Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Executive Reward Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Group HR Department - Executive Reward based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a collaborative team of former lawyers and C&B specialists. Within the Executive Reward department, you will combine labor law expertise with operational compensation management for Executives (Band III+). Your main challenge will be to secure and manage all legal and contractual processes throughout the Executive lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding), ensuring compliance with labor law and alignment with Group reward policies.
