Audits 6S et suivi des actions Réalisation d'audits 6S sur les différentes zones de production. Suivi des plans d'actions et amélioration de la conformité 6S. Accompagnement du changement Déploiement de solutions d'optimisation. Sensibilisation et formation du personnel aux principes du Lean Management.
