Dans le cadre d’un projet de transformation majeur, notre client (grand groupe industriel international) déploie une nouvelle solution PLM visant à remplacer un système historique. Ce programme structurant impacte de nombreux métiers et nécessite la mise en place d’un dispositif de formation global, structuré et adapté à différents publics. Pour accompagner cette transformation, nous recherchons un(e) Training Program Coordinator / Chef de projet formation. Missions principales Rattaché(e) au chef de projet et en interaction avec les équipes métiers et IT, vous pilotez l’ensemble du dispositif de formation: Structuration du plan de formation: Définir et formaliser l’ensemble des formations à déployer Construire les parcours par rôle en collaboration avec les Solution Architects et Product…
