Sous la supervision de la Responsable Commerciale, tu accompagneras l’équipe dans ses activités quotidiennes et contribueras à la bonne gestion des clients séminaires, groupes et coworkers. Ce stage te permettra de découvrir le fonctionnement d’un service commercial tout en développant tes compétences en relation client, organisation et suivi administratif. Tes principales responsabilités Côté Commercial: Commercialiser nos espaces (séminaires, coworking et chambres) et assurer l’atteinte des objectifs budgétaires mensuels. Accueillir et accompagner les clients séminaires & groupes de A à Z. Assurer le suivi administratif: facturation sur Bizzon, envoi et relances des factures Contribuer au suivi de la satisfaction post-event et au partage des retours clients Côté Coworking: Suivre le plan…
