Hello toi! Ici la team Réception du Novotel Tours Centre Gare. On cherche notre futur(e) Réceptionniste de jour – 39h – planning tournant (shift matin / shift après-midi). Si tu aimes quand ça bouge et que tu sais garder le sourire même quand ça enchaîne, tu es peut-être au bon endroit. Le contexte Clientèle business toute l’année + touristes pendant les vacances. À la réception, on est le point repère: accueil, organisation, solutions, et une vraie attention à l’expérience client. Le poste 39h en tournant matin / après-midi, avec passation entre chaque shift. Et on préfère être transparent: l’hôtel tourne fort et c’est très souvent bien rempli, donc il faut aimer le rythme.…
