Missions principales: * Participer à la gestion des accès, rôles et autorisations des utilisateurs. * Travailler avec les équipes business et IT et apporter une expertise opérationnelle WMS. * Identifier les besoins en formation et transférer votre savoir-faire aux utilisateurs finaux. * Contribuer aux diagnostics d’incidents et à leur résolution. * Contribuer à l'optimisation des workflows * Participer à la création du plan de développement des solutions IT et à son déploiement. * Contribuer aux déploiements et mises à jour de version, en formalisant les tests. * Gérer la documentation des processus.…
