Rattaché(e) directement au Responsable HSE, vous êtes le garant opérationnel et le relais terrain de la politique HSE du site. Vous animez et coordonnez l’ensemble des actions de prévention des risques professionnels et industriels, en stricte conformité avec la réglementation et le référentiel ISO 45001. Vos responsabilités s’articulent autour de trois axes majeurs: 1. Animation de la Sécurité Terrain & Santé au Travail (SST) Culture Sécurité: Assurer une présence managériale active sur le terrain, conseiller les opérationnels et veiller à l'application rigoureuse des standards HSE. Intégration & Sensibilisation: Piloter l’accueil HSE des nouveaux arrivants et concevoir des outils d’animation (causeries sécurité, flashs infos, quarts d'heure sécurité).…
