Rattaché(e) à la Direction Internationale, vous êtes responsable de la performance et de l’organisation de l’équipe Customer Care, avec un rôle clé dans la qualité de service délivrée aux clients à l’international. A ce titre, vous: Managez et développez l’équipe (organisation, objectifs, recrutement, intégration, entretiens) Pilotez l’activité via des indicateurs de performance et assurez l’atteinte des objectifs de satisfaction client et de développement commercial, Contribuez au développement commercial à l’international, en animant et en développant les relations avec nos relais dans les différents pays Supervisez les opérations (gestion des dossiers Export, non-conformités pré-analytiques, traductions de résultats) dans un souci constant d’efficacité opérationnelle, Contribuez à l’amé…
