Dans le cadre de son développement, notre hypermarché recherche un cadre boulanger pâtissier (H/F) pour piloter et dynamiser le rayon. Vos missions Gérer et développer le BOULANGERIE PATISSERIE: offre produits, mise en rayon, théâtralisation et qualité des présentations. Animer et encadrer l’équipe: organisation du travail, motivation, montée en compétences et gestion des plannings. Garantir la satisfaction client: accueil, conseil, prise de commandes spécifiques et mise en avant des opérations commerciales. Assurer la gestion: commandes, stocks, marges, inventaires, en lien avec la politique commerciale du magasin Veiller au strict respect des normes d’hygiène, de traçabilité et de sécurité alimentaire.
