Vos missions: • Assurer la gestion quotidienne du rayon DPH (implantation, commandes, stocks, merchandising, contrôle qualité). • Garantir la disponibilité produits et l’excellence de la présentation commerciale. • Superviser et accompagner l’équipe du secteur. • Participer à l’organisation du travail et à la formation des nouveaux collaborateurs. • Suivre les indicateurs de performance (CA, marges, ruptures, démarque). • Contribuer activement à la satisfaction client et à l’image du magasin. Profil recherché • Expérience exigée en gestion de rayon DPH ou en tant qu’adjoint/manager en grande distribution (GMS). • Sens du commerce et du client très développé. • Rigueur, autonomie et capacité à travailler en équipe. • Maîtrise des fondamentaux du marchandisage et de la gestion.…
