Au sein du Group Information Systems and Information Technology (IS/IT), l’équipe Communication et Conduite du changement accompagne l’adoption des nouvelles solutions, technologies, produits, services et processus de travail. Dans le cadre du programme Groupe « Change to Perform », vous contribuez à structurer et déployer une approche commune de conduite du changement au sein de la fonction IS/IT, dans un environnement international et transverse. En tant que Change Management Lead en CDD, vous serez en charge de: Réaliser un audit des pratiques de conduite du changement existantes au sein de la fonction IS/IT en France, dans les unités opérationnelles et les différents pays.…
