What you'll do: Support new store launches in France, helping coordinate with franchise and store partners to ensure smooth openings, proper training, and operational readiness. Track store performance and support revenue growth by monitoring trends, helping optimize costs, and flagging risks early. Monitor OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) deliveries, support inventory tracking, and help resolve day-to-day operational issues with logistics teams. Help apply and roll out playbooks and best practices across stores, contributing ideas to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
