THE MISSION: We're looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Operations Senior Manager to own the full spectrum of HR ops — from payroll and immigration to equity reporting and employer-of-record arrangements. You'll lead a team of 3, and play a central role in our ongoing global HR transformation with ADP as our external payroll partner. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, loves building rigorous processes, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
