Après une période d’intégration et de formation aux méthodes de notre magasin, vous prendrez la responsabilité des rayons Fromagerie, Charcuterie et Traiteur. Vous garantirez la satisfaction des clients, gérerez votre compte d’exploitation dans le respect des objectifs fixés et managerez une équipe de 7 collaborateurs, tout en étant responsable de la dynamique commerciale du rayon. Véritable commerçant, vous aurez pour mission quotidienne, la théâtralisation des rayons afin de les rendre attrayants et innovants.
