The HQ Legal Counsel provides end-to-end (“360”) daily legal support for HQ / regalian topics and selected global or cross-franchise initiatives. The role ensures consistent application of HQ governance, risk standards, and scalable legal practices across the organization. Unlike dedicated Creative House (CH) Legal Counsels—who handle the day-to-day legal workload for a specific franchise/studio—HQ Legal Counsel focus on central topics (e.g., privacy, player/consumer compliance, regulatory programs, governance frameworks) and strategic workstreams that do not belong to a single CH.
