Rattaché(e) au Responsable Recrutement et véritable soutien sur l’ensemble du processus de recrutement de nos futurs ingénieurs, vous serez en charge de plusieurs missions: Définition des profils recherchés et analyse des besoins en collaboration avec les Business Managers Identification des candidats sur les jobboards et réseaux sociaux, et développement de nouveaux moyens de sourcing, Qualification téléphonique des candidats ingénieurs (valorisation des environnements projets, évaluation RH) et planification des entretiens auprès des Business Manager Suivi des candidats depuis leur identification jusqu’à leur signature de contrat en veillant à l’expérience candidat.…
