Missions: Assister le chef de cuisine et les cuisiniers dans la préparation des ingrédients et des plats. Participer à la mise en place de la cuisine et à la gestion des stocks. Apprendre et appliquer les techniques de cuisson, de dressage et de présentation des plats. Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et respecter les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
