Vos missions: Au sein de la manufacture de Maubeuge vous serez rattaché(e) au service conformité et satisfaction client. Vous travaillerez à l'amélioration du suivi de l'accidentologie véhicule en digitalisant les processus interne. En mettant en place un suivi des KPIs, en déployant une matrice d'assurance qualité robuste. Vous participerez au lancement des nouvelles versions véhicules et à la préparation des diversités pour intégrer les défaillances potentielles dans une MQA projet. Vous standardiserez le processus d'analyse des incidents de la réception dans l'outil CUBE. Jusqu'à la mise à disposition d'un rapport d'analyse afin de faire traiter et arbitrer les sujets. Vous aurez en charge le suivi, l'analyse, la communication des incidents avec les partenaires (Nissan et Ford).…
