Your Mission As part of the Corporate Services pillar, your mission will be to empower our Community Relations Team (CRT) with the tools they need to have a 360-degree view of the user journey across our platform.The Care team's primary objective is to build "Phoenix," our new, comprehensive back-office system. This service aggregates data from all other teams and supply lines (train, carpool, and bus), while also providing critical action capabilities regarding our users, such as account blocking and content moderation.
