Au sein de notre département Industrial Engineering, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur(e) Méthodes et Organisation industrielle passionné(e) par l'optimisation des processus industriels et l'amélioration de la performance opérationnelle. Véritable partenaire des équipes de production, vous contribuez à l'amélioration de l'efficience de nos ateliers en déployant des méthodes innovantes, des outils d'analyse de la performance et des démarches d'amélioration continue. Rattaché(e) au Responsable du Département Industrial Engineering, vous accompagnez un secteur de production dans l'atteinte de ses objectifs de performance. À ce titre, vous serez notamment amené(e) à: Analyser les processus de fabrication afin d'identifier les pertes d'efficacité, les goulots d'étranglement et les opportunités…
