About the role We are currently recruiting a Technical Support Specialist to support our Freight Forwarding operations in France. The primary objective of this role is to provide reliable first‑ and second‑level technical support to ensure smooth, secure, and efficient IT operations across the country. The role is based at our Paris Roissy office and will primarily support multiple locations across France, mainly remotely, with occasional on‑site visits as required.
