What will you be doing in this role? Arranging meetings and producing meeting minutes Setting up and maintaining project files Collecting actuals data and forecasts and updating plans Administering or assisting with the quality review process Administering or assisting with Project Board meetings Assisting with the compilation of reports Contributing expertise in specialist tools and techniques Maintaining the following records: Quality Register, Configuration Item Records, and any other registers/logs delegated by the Project Manager Administering the configuration management procedure
