PEOPLE OPERATIONS & PEOPLE PARTNER CONSULTANT ROLE SUMMARY We’re looking for an experienced People Operations & People Partner Consultant to help strengthen and scale our People function during an exciting period of growth. Working directly with our VP People, you’ll split your time between operational excellence and strategic people partnering, leading projects that improve our HR systems, processes, documentation, and manager enablement while helping build a scalable People function ready for the next stage of the company’s journey.
